Cancellation Policies
Live Virtual Courses: Cancellations received at least 10 business days before the virtual course or webinar are refundable less an administrative charge of $20.00. Cancellations received 9 business days before the webinar date are non-refundable, however, a credit can be transferred to any online course within a year. Please note that transfers can only be provided if the request is received before the course.
In-Person Workshops: Tuition will be refunded minus a $50.00 cancellation fee any time after registration, up to 4 weeks before the workshop. Cancellations within 4 weeks before the course are nonrefundable, however, registration can be transferred to another colleague by written request or credit may be applied to any course within a year, if applicable.
MC CogRehab Resources reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient registration or extenuating circumstances such as instructor illness, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances. If a course is canceled by MC CogRehab Resources LLC, participants will receive a full refund. If the course is being rescheduled or offered at a different time, participants will be given the choice of a refund or transfer of tuition to the rescheduled course. Registered participants will be notified via email or phone as soon as the cancellation is confirmed. If a course is canceled, MC CogRehab Resources is not responsible for travel or other expenses incurred by registrants.
Note: All refunds as specified above will be made within 30 days, using the same payment method used at the time of registration (eg. credit card refund).
Course Completion Certificates will include the number of direct course hours attended (minus breaks). Participation in the entire course session, including participation in learning outcome activities, procedures, or competency assessment (if applicable) is required for certificates of completion. Course attendance will be tracked with sign-in/out sheets for in-person courses or time spent on Zoom for live virtual workshops. Participants are required to complete the post-course survey that includes self-rating of learning outcomes. Participants may be asked to confirm submission of the post-course survey, prior to issuing the course completion certificate.
Accommodations: MC CogRehab Resources fully complies with the legal requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you have special needs or require specific accommodations due to a disability, please contact MC CogRehab Resources in writing at least 30 days before the workshop date so that appropriate arrangements may be made. Accommodation requests need to be specified and will be made in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Requests may be made by emailing info@multicontext.com
General Information for Live Virtual Courses: You will automatically receive a confirmation email with a zoom link upon registration (please check junk or spam folders). If you did not receive it, please contact us at info@multicontext.net. The zoom link requires you to enter your name and email. This information must match the name/email submitted upon course registration. Once you register on zoom, you will receive a follow-up email with a link to access the course. Your name on zoom (first and last) must match the registration name to be admitted into the course. Your confirmation email also includes information on accessing course materials. This information cannot be shared.
All Live virtual workshops are offered through Zoom. Participants are asked to ensure that they have the latest version of Zoom installed on their computer so that all Zoom features used within courses are available. The option for the use of live captions is available for all virtual courses.
Live virtual course Start Times are listed in Eastern US Time Zone or Time Zone in New York. It is the responsibility of the participant to determine the correct start times for their location. Please check your local time against time zone in New York. It may be helpful to use Time Converter (or www.thetimezoneconverter.com).
Please note that our live virtual courses are not recorded. MC CogRehab strictly prohibits participants from taking any audio/video recordings during live courses.
