Product must be new and unmarked and returned in resale condition, with no seals/ wraps open. Original invoice must accompany the return. No returns allowed past 30 days from invoice date. A handling fee of 10% of the product price will be charged unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped product. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Allow up to 4 weeks to process credit return.
Refund issued by credit card or check. Credit issued excludes shipping costs and includes a 10% handling fee. Any order dispute must be submitted within 30 days of invoice. Damaged goods/short shipments must be reported within 10 days of receipt.
Digital publication returns are not accepted unless there is evidence of technical problems. If you believe your circumstances warrant a return, email info@multicontext.net, to request a refund.
