The 3s Spreadsheet Test, CSEQ & DLQ questionnaires are intended for use by qualified health practitioners and researchers, such as occupational therapists, psychologists, or other licensed health professionals. Application of these materials in a particular situation is the professional responsibility of the practitioner or researcher. These tools are freely available for clinical use with individual clients.
